DOT physical includes complete health history, measuring blood pressure, vision and hearing exam, and examination of the heart, lungs, abdomen, musculoskeletal, upper and lower extremities.

DOT Physical Exam will involved the use of your urine for evaluation of the health and function of your kidney.  We screen for specific gravity, sugar, blood,and  protein..  

Drug testing is not required and not included with DOT physical exam.
